Commerce Hub loads the store catalog into the Hub, loads supplier products through an adapter, matches on SKU then MPN then UPC, and keeps leftovers on Unmatched for manual mapping. When Settings allow, it syncs approved Hub values back to the store. Quantity is the sum of matched sources. Selling price stays curated. Catalog sync fills empty fields only.
