How support works
- Support is available throughout the full 12-month subscription, and continues for the next annual term if the plan renews.
- Routine maintenance includes updates to existing website software where practical and compatible.
- Minor fixes are small corrections to existing features that do not require extensive investigation, major changes to how the website works or substantial custom development.
- When you report a problem, we assess it and explain whether the proposed work falls within the plan. If it needs larger work, we quote before proceeding.
- Monitoring helps identify potential problems. It does not mean every resulting repair is included.
- We do not advertise unlimited support, unlimited fixes or a guarantee that every issue can be resolved.
Domains, setup and recurring work
- Domain registration and renewal are charged separately. You may use an existing domain.
- Website setup, migration or reactivation is assessed and quoted separately where required.
- Hosting-service faults can be reported on every plan, including hosting-only.
- Recurring content production, frequent batches of edits or ongoing development need a separately agreed service or Managed Business Support.
