How support and priority work
- Support is available throughout the full 12-month subscription, and continues for the next annual term if the plan renews.
- Pro website support requests receive priority over standard website support requests during normal working hours.
- We do not invent response-time, resolution-time, emergency or 24/7 guarantees. Hosting-service incidents are assessed according to impact.
- Pro includes occasional small text and image updates on existing pages, using content you provide. That does not include creating new pages or writing content.
- When a reported issue needs larger work, we pause and quote before doing chargeable work.
- Monitoring helps identify potential problems. It does not mean every resulting repair is included.
Domains, setup and recurring work
- Domain registration and renewal are charged separately. You may use an existing domain.
- Website setup, migration or reactivation is assessed and quoted separately where required.
- Recurring content production, frequent batches of edits or ongoing development need a separately agreed service or Managed Business Support.
