Highrise Lead Bridge

WordPress forms that land in Highrise.

Highrise Lead Bridge is a WordPress lead-capture plugin for teams that use Highrise as their CRM. Place a shortcode form on any page, validate submissions server-side, then create or update Highrise people and notes without a generic form plugin plus Zapier stack. Built in practice for multi-brand and multi-profile Highrise setups.

Available Upon Request GPLv2 or later WordPress

Benefits

Built for Highrise

Creates or updates Highrise people by email and always writes a Highrise note from the submission.

Shortcode simplicity

Drop [highrise_lead_form] on any page. Works for logged-in and logged-out visitors over AJAX.

Multi-profile ready

Configure up to three Highrise profiles and choose the profile per shortcode, or use the site default.

Spam-hardened

Cloudflare Turnstile, WordPress nonce, honeypot, required fields and rate limiting, verified on the server.

Named forms and files

Use short or long presets, or build named forms with custom fields and optional file uploads for careers-style flows.

Optional webhooks

After a successful Highrise handoff, POST JSON to your Platform or lead pipeline, with per-form URL overrides.

How it works

  1. 01

    Visitor submits

A form rendered by [highrise_lead_form] collects the lead on any WordPress page.

  2. 02

    Server validates

Nonce, honeypot, required fields, Turnstile and rate limits are checked before anything reaches Highrise.

  3. 03

    Highrise updates

The plugin finds a person by email or creates one, then always creates a Highrise note.

  4. 04

    Follow-through

Show success or redirect, email staff and the visitor if configured, and optionally POST a webhook.

Who it is for

  • Teams that use Highrise (37signals) as their CRM
  • Agencies and staffing sites that need multi-brand or multi-profile Highrise forms
  • Businesses that want WordPress lead capture without a form plugin plus Zapier stack
  • Sites that need careers or contact forms with optional file uploads and staff email handoff

Questions

Does this replace a full form-builder marketplace plugin?

No. Highrise Lead Bridge is focused on Highrise-native lead capture: shortcode forms, named field sets and CRM handoff. It is not a general-purpose form marketplace product.

Can Highrise receive uploaded files on notes?

No. The Highrise API cannot attach files to notes. For uploads such as a resume, the filename is recorded in the Highrise note and the file is attached to the admin notification email only. Uploads are not stored permanently in the WordPress Media Library.

Does the plugin configure SMTP?

No. It uses the site’s existing wp_mail / SMTP setup. Delivery depends on that configuration. Per-form From overrides also need SMTP “send as” permission for the chosen address.

What do I need to run it?

WordPress 5.8 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, a Highrise CRM account and Cloudflare Turnstile keys. End users install from a ZIP in WordPress admin; no Composer or Node is required.

How do shortcodes look?

Examples include [highrise_lead_form], [highrise_lead_form form="short" profile="NYDLA" name="Contact" interest="General"], and [highrise_lead_form form="Careers" profile="MTP" name="Careers" interest="Careers" response="CareersThanks"]. Useful attributes include form, profile, name / form_name, interest, response and redirect.
